Arka Mediaworks Terms & Conditions: Agreement for Services

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and Arka Mediaworks in relation to the production house, filmmaking, and television services provided by Arka Mediaworks. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Agreement:
   a. The specific services to be provided by Arka Mediaworks will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract signed by both parties.
   b. The agreed-upon scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and fees will be documented in the contract.
2. Intellectual Property:
   a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the services and deliverables provided by Arka Mediaworks shall remain the exclusive property of Arka Mediaworks.
   b. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property belonging to Arka Mediaworks without obtaining prior written consent.
3. Confidentiality:
   a. Arka Mediaworks and the Client shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
   b. Both parties agree not to disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than the intended scope of work.
4. Payment Terms:
   a. The Client agrees to pay the fees and expenses as outlined in the contract, including any applicable taxes.
   b. Payments shall be made according to the agreed-upon schedule, and any delay in payment may result in a pause or termination of services.
   c. In the event of cancellation or termination of services, any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred by Arka Mediaworks shall be retained.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   a. Arka Mediaworks shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the services provided, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
   b. Arka Mediaworks shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Termination:
   a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material terms or obligations outlined in the contract.
   b. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
7. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Arka Mediaworks is based.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Arka Mediaworks regarding the provision of services. Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
